Your privacy is important to us at Paragon CET (“Paragon”). Our online privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of information we gather from those persons visiting the Internet website (the “Site”) and how we use that information.

Paragon collects only personally identifiable information that is voluntarily provided by visitors to the Site. Personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address) is collected online when users voluntarily register on the Site. Paragon uses this personally identifiable information to register users for the continuing education courses it offers on the Site and to send marketing communications from Paragon to your e-mail and/or postal address.

Paragon also collects aggregate information, which is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you, such as age, gender, types of products or services purchased, frequency of visits to the Site, Site pages you access most frequently or search terms you enter. Aggregate Information is used in a collective manner, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information.

3. Orders

If you purchase a product or service from Paragon, Paragon requests certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. For example, you must provide personally identifiable information such as name, e-mail, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

4. Sharing Information Collected Online with Third Parties

Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, Paragon does not share, sell or trade with third parties, affiliates or subsidiaries personally identifiable information or aggregate information gathered online. If you have elected to have your personally identifiable information shared with the administrator at your workplace, Paragon will share your personally identifiable information (including but not limited to name, license number, certification number, and continuing education courses completed with Paragon) with such administrator. Finally, Paragon does not contribute to or participate in cooperative databases, which give other companies access to such personally identifiable information.

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide to us, we will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, to manage your account and to send you marketing information.

Session cookies ensure that you are recognized when you move from page to page within one site and that any information you have entered is remembered.
